i was thinking somthing like this, bodyweight x 12,for me @ 225 would be 2700.derease calories by 20% is 2160 divide that into 6 meals and i need 360 cals per meal.i will be doing low carb but not going into ketossis.meals of mostly chicken fish with a couple betastatin wpi2 mrp's.what do you guys think?
