Calling All Fat Burner Experts...........

..........I'm a straight up rookie when it comes to cutting. I just started a primo/armidex cycle to help me harden up and drop some bf for the summer. Right now I'm at around 13%bf. I would like to drop it to single digits. Like I said I've always bulked and really don't know that much about fat burners. What would be a good choice to run with my cycle?? NYC? Clen? Yohimburn? Exenedrine? Etc? The only thing is I do get anxiety sometimes and I really don't want to take anything that will make it worse. So what and at what dosage do you guys recommend for me to drop around 4%bf??
 
Concentrate on your diet. Get that in line and you will notice results, when you come to a plateau, then you can consider supplements.

Lower your carbs and hit the treadmill....If your bent on taking something get some thermbuterol, it doesnt have ephedrine and it is kick ass. I cant take ephedrine due to anxiety, this i can...good luck.
 
Thanks for the replies men. I run 2 miles ed on an empty stomach and my diet is also pretty solid. I've never really heard of thermbuterol, can anyone else second it?? Also, doesn't NYC not have epedrine in it as well??
 
Clen, cardio and

eat zero or

negative carbs,

don’t even look or sniff a carbohydrate,


don’t even look at a picture of a carb in a magazine.

One more thing cut out all carbs!
 
You have to start with morning cardio. After that I would use NYC and Clen cycled every two weeks. If you have problem fat areas left then Yohimburn can take care of that.
Start with the NYC and take 1 in the morning and 1 at lunch. Then go up to 2 and 1 and then 2 and 2. Run that for two weeks. Then go to clen and use the same dosing scheme for two weeks. If you need to go back to the NYC again. Then like I said if you have problem areas that are not moving use Yohimburn.

I just finished a couple bottles of the NYC and the stuff blows a typical ECA stack out of the water...Good stuff

I just want to make sure the wrong information doens`t pass through, thermbuterol has ephedrine in it, in the form of sida cordifolia. And I`m agree it kicks ass, I`m takin 3caps/day with good results.

I also have the anxiety problem and have found that clenbutrx is the best. Go to vpxsports.com and get a sample and you will be hooked. I take only 1/2 cc 10 mins before workout and its the shit.
 
For me losing fat is even harder when I get below about 12% BF. Up until then I can just cut cals throw in about 3 or 4 sessions on the stairmaster.

What I started doing this season is running sprints 2 or 3 times a week for about 20 minutes and using NYC and generic Anastrozole(with gear of course). The fat has never come off so easily and my diet has been horrible and Im a classic case endomorph.

Hats off to the guys who can get lean by diet alone, I'm just not one of those guys my sanity suffers too much for it to worth while. So I would use NYC, sprint, and cut cals slightly at first then see where your at after a couple weeks.
 
Im currently running Clen 120mcg a day 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and Thermadrene on my 2 weeks off. I also have anxiety on occasion and I hvent had any real problems so far just don't over do it on the ECA stck if thats the rout you choose. I also do 20-40 min cardio on an empty stomach and then an extra 20-40 min of cardio in the evening since I started doin cardio 2 a day I've seen some real progress.
 
ECA gives me anxiety like nothing else.
I`ve been on EQ and didn`t have any problem in terms of anxiety but when I hit ECA I become pretty short tempered.
