and told them the ten pack sack of cheeseburgers I ate last night has been giving me a slow leak all day mostly as a joke w/one of my colleagues during lunch. They took my number and had management return my call. Offered me another 10 pack free on the house and would be sending free coupons in the mail. I wonder if you can get free stuff like this all the time just from complaining...

yeah you can get freebies like that. i had a friend a while back who must have led a boring life because she wrote in to all sorts of different companies with complaints and thanks. she had boxes of free m&m's, starburst, etc.
