You copied it down wrong.
f(x) = e^x - x^2
f'(x) = e^x - 2x
(You got that part right)
But when you substituted you treated -2x as - x^2
It should be:
f'(1.234) = e^(1.234) - 2(1.234) = 3.435 - 2.468 = 0.967

F'(x) = e^3x
Therefore,
F(x) = 1/3 * e^3x
(You multiplied it by 3 instead of divide it by 3)
therefore,
F(1.234) = 1/3 * e^(3.702) = 1/3*40.528 = 13.509
