I have read ( don't remeber where) than caffeine from coffee has less "effect" (in affecting the metabolism) than caffeine from pills - at the same dosage
I have read the opposite: that coffee as a supplement can increase athletic performance but that the pills do not have an effect. The author hypothesized that there must be other compounds in coffee which cause the effects and/or are synergistic with caffeine.
Anthrax--why must we always butt heads on caffeine? I think it's good though, we are learning a lot.
