True....depending on the person and their prolactin levels and levels of dopamine to begin with. Too much dopamine can have a reverse effect. It can also lower serotonin and make you a grouchy fuck. Gotta be careful messing with neurochemicals.

If taking FIna or Deca you may have prolactin issues (gyno)

this info on it every where Google it bro, pretty much to summon it up AAS users use it with nortestosterone eg deca,tren esters, mainly to stop sexual dysfunctions and to lower prolactin so you dont get progesterone related gyno (the type were you secrete substance from your nipples), and releases dopimine too and increases ejaculation volume as well
