I just received this book this past weekend. After reading it twice, it's quite difficult to read at times due to the technical language, I have really found alot of errors in my diet, training and gear use.
The book is amazing. His theorys seem to be very well researched and thought out. It seems as though he has found a way to understand the body and work with its unique chemical makeup.
Has anyone here read the book and used its theories with success?
