Are my kidneys FUCKED?

I would discontinue the fina at least reduce it greatly. This is another example of fina fucking around with someones kidneys. You need to drink loads of water 2 gallons a day if possible. I don't think that ALA will help in this case, but it sure won't hurt, cranberry will not help, as its effect is on the bladder not the kidneys. I would also use some N-Acetyl Cysteine, it may help. I think that after you drop the fina you going to be ok in 6 to 8 weeks and I don't feel that your in immediate danger, but I am not a doctor. Until my kidneys test become closer to normal test levels, I would also be wary of high dose test supplamentation. I don't believe that you need to stop all test at this time however, but stop the fina now.

How long have you been taking creatine? I just had to stop my creatine before I started my cycle because I had been on it for over 6 months straight & all of a sudden my kidneys were hurting on a daily basis for a couple weeks. I stopped the creatine & increased my already high water intake, within a week the pain went away. But, like others said, I would also stop the fina immediately.

I don't take CREATINE

Last time I took Creatine was TWO YEARS AGO !!!!!

So my problem is NOT Creatine to Creatinine conversion.
