Buying in Bahamas?

...I'm going to be travelling there in a few days and just wondered if it would be worth my time to look around for pharmacies or anything. I think the Bahamas are a province of England so I'm a bit skeptical if they'd be the same situation as Mexico. ...Just wondered if anyone knew for sure...

I've been a couple of times and don't think you will find much of what you are looking for.
But I can give you some advice on buying Cuban smokes. Never buy them in the stores, just go down a random alley that you see people and people will approach you about them. The trick is whatever price they want, tell them you will only pay half that. They will act like they can't so walk away, most will stop you if they don't there are tons more people selling them on the streets.
