busted for manufacture and distribution

Hello. Sorry that this is my first post, but I'm desperate and need help fast.

I was recently busted for manufacture and distribution of steroids. When they did the search, they found a lot, but they didn't find any where near what they were looking for.

I have zero $$$. Any extra money that I've had recently has gone to pay off a bankruptcy. I'm about to get a court appointed attorney.

If anyone here is a lawyer, and would be willing to tell me what I can expect, and what I can do to improve my situation, please email me for the details of my case.

Sorry bro, never have had that issue... I know the judge will probably give you a light sentance if you seem like you are truly sorry and regret what you have done. If you go in all defiant than you will be gone for 2 years...from what I have heard.

I had a controlled delivery, and based on the contents of the pack, the investigators arrested me for MANUFACTURE and distribution.

The got search warrants, and searched my house, girlfriend's apartment, and our vehicles, but found no illegal items.

After the search, the decided to release me. I believe that the only reason they released me, was in the hopes that I would lead them to some huge "stash", but it didn't happen.

I haven't been charged yet, but it is obviously going to happen.

GET A LAWYER ASAP AND SHUT YOUR MOUTH. (beg somebody for money if you have to) Five fold you never know what a judge is going to do. Some like to act all macho and throw heavy time around for even personal amounts.

Is roid possession a felony in your state? If so, I can probably give you a best/worst case scenario. A lot also depends on what you talked to the cops about during/after the bust-so if you admitted possession/manufacture or acknowledged that the gear was yours don't expect good news from me.

For one, keep your mouth shut, and hire an attorney. DO NOT GET A COURT APPOINTED ATTORNEY! If you have to borrow money from your friends, family, bank, etc. do it. Cash in your 401k, sell your stocks, whatever it takes. You want someone that will be on your side and do something for you. Did your delivery cross state lines? If it did, now you are talking a federal case. Whole different ball game. State laws, no longer apply. Trust me, if you have a good attorney, you possibly could get off on probation. I dont know the circumstances of your case, and its probably best you dont say too much. Let your attorney do all the talking. Good attorneys for this would run $10k-$25k! Good luck to ya..

Simply state that you never ordered what was in the pack. If nothing was found at your home and they didn't seize your comp then just claim that you know nothing about the pack.

"I don't know what was in the pack" "It had my name on it so I opened it" "Someone must really have it out for me to be sending me something like that" etc....

I was arrested picking up a large pack at the post office. That's what they got me with, but I had nothing at my house.

I've got a lawyer now, but who knows how long it's gonna take to get this all worked out.

Your in good shape...your clearly an innocent man. Thats why they didnt find anything. I hope you get justice and people stop trying to get you in trouble by sending you stuff.

If you got arrested you had to be charged with something; and you would know what it was.

You can be detained for up to 24 hours without being charged.

You could not be more wrong.

When you are, let's say... trespassing.. and a cop says, "hey, come here..what are you doing?" you're detained. you leave and you're breaking the law.
