Alright, as 'somewhat' silly this question is (despite a good amount of people asking it), the best thing to get rid of water from your face is a mixture of two things. Cardio and a low carb diet.
I have in the past lost a good amount of bodyfat without cardio and a good diet, but due to the fact that there was little blood flow going through my face, I was holding water and 'maybe' even a bit of more fat than usual.
Once I started cardio (especially twice a day sessions), I looked WAY different than I did before. This happenned in a matter of a week or so where my female friends would compliment me and all.
So if you want to look like a 'pretty boy', do cardio to perhaps aid in bodyfat loss but moreso to bring more bloodflow throughout the face. A low carb diet will of course help get rid of some excess water via less carbs, but cardio has a dramatic impact.
By the way, someone shoot me if ever put yohimbe on my face.
