burning a cue file...(bin file)

i need to burn a cue file which will in turn burn a BIN file for this game i downloaded but i cant get it to work through CD-R win because it says there is no supported cd-r's,,,,i guess because it is not a supported cd burner...(its optowrite) anyone have any information about a program that will burn a cue or know how nero can do this much appreciated....karma as usual.....

esp. with nero it's pretty damn easy... it asks u to point to the cue file
