The parking space thing has been rectalfied for a while now.
The property manager posted some shit, and sent letters out clarifying the situation.

My new prob is: my neighbor appears to have invested in a home theatre system, including subwoofer.
The walls are pretty thin so now I get to hear bass lines to such hits as Sheryl Crows "All i wanna Do".
Plus he/she seems to looooooooove music (watch some fucking TV goddamit) and stay up late/get up early to the beat of shitass lame tunes.
