Bulking

If you can you should avoid "weight gainer" shakes. They're mostly simple sugars in obscene amounts. 200g of sugar in one serving is hardly productive when it comes to gaining lean body mass. Much of that sugar won't be able to be used and due to the gross amount of insuling that will accompany consumption of a drink like this it will be stored as fat.
 
Well I use weight gainers and proteint powders for bulking. I use the weight gainer right after a workout because sugars are a good thing post workout. For the rest of the day though I use isopure protein and 5 meals ed. I use heavyweight gainer 900. Their is a bestter one called super heavyweight gainer that has 1,200 calories a serving. Both are made by champion nutrition.
