I know plenty of people believe that you can't add muscle whilst losing fat... well those of us that have used Tren know that this is not the case for all!
Now, I'm looking at doing a LEAN bulk with Test, Tren and Dbol and would like to know what sort of diet you go with whilst trying to achieve this...
Do you eat massively over maintenance then do cardio or do you eat about maintenance and still do cardio?
Any thoughts would be brilliant!
