I know this question is probably asked a lot, but I wanted to find a good "bulking" supplement! I've lost my "fat" weight, however, I am starting to lose muscle...yikes! So, I want to start bulking -- and go for it without fear of getting "fat".
I have started a new job that unfortunately doesnt allow me to eat for long periods of time. I do eat my snacks, meals, etc...but since I am low on time/preperation I am needing to rely on a GOOD bulking supplement (such as a shake, protein/bulk powder, etc). I know there are MANY of those out there, so I wanted to know if any ladies have had a good experience with any of them. And especially since quite a bit of products are geared towards men, that's another reason I wanted to get an opinion on what is a good supplement for good bulking! Thanks for your help!
