Bulking Supplements?

I know this question is probably asked a lot, but I wanted to find a good "bulking" supplement! I've lost my "fat" weight, however, I am starting to lose muscle...yikes! So, I want to start bulking -- and go for it without fear of getting "fat".

I have started a new job that unfortunately doesnt allow me to eat for long periods of time. I do eat my snacks, meals, etc...but since I am low on time/preperation I am needing to rely on a GOOD bulking supplement (such as a shake, protein/bulk powder, etc). I know there are MANY of those out there, so I wanted to know if any ladies have had a good experience with any of them. And especially since quite a bit of products are geared towards men, that's another reason I wanted to get an opinion on what is a good supplement for good bulking! Thanks for your help! ;)

Creatine is popular - I think the AF Store has a good one. I have never used, so I cannot comment firsthand, but I know others have used it.

Thanks Daisy!
However, I already take Creatine w/ Ethyl Ester (I probably shouldve mentioned that, sorry). I am currently eating normal meals 3x per day w/ snacks inbetween, as I should of course. As for supplements, I put the creatine powder & l-glutamine with my protein shake. I also take vitamins, digestive enzymes, magnesium, calcium, EFA's. So, I am thinking of replacing my normal protein shake with something that has more of a bulking effect...or anything else you guys can think of. I am a hard gainer and its getting frustrating trying to build visible muscle!! I am trying to do all I can with the diet.... Thanks! ;)

What is in your Protein? Is it just whey?

Muscle Milk is a popular protein - but it has more fat and carbs, it is NOT just whey protein. WHich is why most women do not like it - it doesn't fit into the "typical" women's diet. But if you are one that needs more to keep some meat on you, it might be worth looking into. It is also supposed to be UBER-YUMMY. :)

Just supportin what Daisy said!!! It's soooo YUMMY!!! :p oh how I wish I could have some right now!!!! lol

Gawd today is killing me. :(

for lean bulking: glucorell and sesapure.

micellar casein is a good protein if you dont get to eat as frequently. as far as MRP's and Bars go, personal preference and taste are pretty important. try some different brands (of course looking closely at nutrient profile as well)

addy healthy fats is always good- flax oil, nuts, etc.
