hey guys what's up? i am on my 2nd week of a dbol/sust/winny bulking cycle(currently up 6 lbs). here is what i have been eating:
chicken breasts and steak
mesotech and promax protein bars
Protein shakes with 2 scoops EAS simply protein, 1 banana, 1 big scoop of peanut butter, and 12 oz milk.
a double cheeseburger every now and then
anyway, does anyone have any suggestions on some more quality food i can eat to really bulk up. i want to gain as much weight as i can without putting on too much fat.
