BULKING cycle diet critique?

Hey guys, wanted to see what you guys thought about my clean bulking diet for my cycle :)

Cals Carbs Protein Fat
Meal 1: Crispix 220 50 4 0
wake up Atkins Milk 140 6 24 0
Protein shake 228 4 46 3

Meal 2: Protein Shake 228 4 46 3
9:30am 1 cup Brown Rice 188 40 4 1
Flax Oil 130 0 0 14

Meal 3: Large Chicken Breast 220 0 52 2
12pm Steak Fillet 110 0 26 N/A
2 Cups Oatmeal 560 104 20 10
Flax Oil 130 0 0 14

Meal 4: Protein Shake 228 4 46 3
2:30pm 1 cup Brown Rice 188 40 4 1

It's for a bulking "CYCLE" Therefore there will be anabolics involved. Meaning I would get better input on this board than the diet board. Thank you.
 
Test Enanthate: 500mg/wk wks 1-10
Tren: 500mg/wk wks 1-10 or 12

Sorry bro one last request......noticed you didnt include your stats and past cycle history. Could you post that also?

All in all it looks good. Two small things, 1 have you ran tren before? 12 weeks is a little long for some but if youve ran it before then you know how your body reacts to it. Being your 5th cycle Im sure youve got your pct lined out so I wont go there,on a side note have you thought about throwing in some winni in the last 4-6 weeks? I did that with my last tren cycle and it helped with the sides, just a thought.2 How do you determine how much dextrose to use in you post workout shake? I way I learned says you need to add another 20-25 grams but that is a minnor ajustment. Looks like you put a lot of thought in your diet, I cant find any real problems in it. Good luck with your cycle.

Thanks bro. I ran tren during my last cutting cycle about 4 or 5 months ago. I ran it at 75mg/eod for 10 weeks without any sides at all. I considered the winny, I ran it with tren during those 10 weeks on my last cycle and the two together do a number on my hair so I'm avoiding them both together from now on. I don't lose hair from test or dbol so that's good. I'm also not predisposed to gyno so I don't think that will be a problem from a prolactin standpoint, but I've got bromo just in case.
 
To tell you the truth, Im not sure I really like the diet that much, too many shakes and not even real food, I definately think this will play into how well your bulking goes and how much lbm you put on. You can have the protein powder but add it to a solid meal, I always add a scoop to each solid meal while bulking, or if its a MRP, you can add it to your meal also, this really helps hard gainers while bulking. The more real food, the better you will gain. I like the 1C of brown rice, but it would be better with 8-10oz chicken breast rather than a protein shake. The fats look good. You might get sick of just oats and brown rice though, especially while bulking, I would throw some white potatos or sweet potatos in the mix somewhere as well. I notice you train late and are getting one meal in, protein/dextrose, then sleep. Your muscles will grow a lot better if you can squeeze another meal in 90 mins later, before bed, this is a very important time to get some grub in. You are beating the shit out of your muscles and then only getting one meal in then sleeping, its gonna need more than that in my opinion to recover properly and grow.

Good point about the extra meal after workout. I'm going to try to switch that so that one of the earlier meals in the day can be bounced to post workout before sleep. I'm not to fussy about variety, matter of fact I'd much rather be on an easy set diet then a diet in variety. I could cut out a shake in the day and replace it with steak or chicken. I like good old food while bulking: pastas,steak,red meat up the ass.

Your here to gain why r u counting your calories??? Let the chips fall where they may. If you start to gain more fat then you want then start taking some of the carbs out.

I'm not so much counting calories, but I'm counting base calories. Anything above and beyond what is in the diet already is fine. But I want to make sure that I'm getting atleast 4000 cals per day so following a plan like this will ensure that this is the base and any snacks or meals inbetween is even better.
 
Is there any good brand name suppliments for someone who has rough hours at work, and doesn't have time to eat but needs the calories?
 
First llose the crispx.........garbage cereal...........next, you dont need steak and chx in the same meals.......split them up and maybe add in another meal or two........
 
Bottom line numbers look good, but too many shakes....I dont care what anyone says, NOTHING beats food.
 
I'm gonna keep the Crispix....cause I like my cereal in the morning and crispix has barely any sugar. I've taken out the morning shake with breakfast and replaced it with chicken breast so that eliminates a shake. I also split up my 4:30 meal so that I'm eating the chicken breast and 1 cup of oatmeal a couple hours after my post workout shake. I think that about works out the kinks in the diet.
