Read something on another post that made me think..why do we bulk then cut then bulk then cut etc..or why do some try for lean mass and only gain minimal amounts of muscle a year because they are a fraid to lose their abs? Unless you have reached your goal as far as muscle is concerned i see no reason to run cutting cyles!! besides assuming one has the will power and the know how it only takes about 5 months to get absolutely shredded yet (depending on how big you want to get) it will take a lot longer than 5 months to put muscle on!!Im not advocating eat anything you want..im talking about getting in your pro, carbs and cheat meals once in awhile are fine..what do you guys think?
