bulk then cut?

I no some of you are going to freak on the questuin but i tried a search and only found 2..I was wondering if you all recamend going straight int to my diet and cutting cycle after my anadrol an test cycle or is it better to wait the time off equal to my time on then start my cutting cycle?thanks

hey bro

It all depends on how long cycles you are planning. If planing a 16 weeker you might do 8 weeks bulk followed by 8 weeks cutting. Nowadays I like to bulk pretty clean but then focus on the cutting as that is when you are able to loooooose the most gains. If I would go back in time I would have changed a lot, first thing probably would be cutting while on instead of a long bulkcycle.

I would do my PCT for a bit longer - since you ran anadrol and then run my cutting cycle after.

Aside from what gear your taking I found the most important factors involved with cutting and bulking are my diet and training routine. Just something to think about when switching cycles.
