what do you guys think of the book `built to survive`.
i read it in a post and want to know if anyone read it and if its any good.

I think its written by Michael Mooney or maybe by Nelson Montana. It is good for a HIV+ person especially one who has a minimal knowledge of gear. I'd reccomend it from what people have said about it.
