Build my cycle please

Just want to thank everyone on this bored. When I decided to get back in shape 7 weeks ago I found this website and its been pretty much exactly what I was looking for. The more you start to look around for advice on supplements the more confused you can sometimes get. Being able to target one group of people who you trust has stopped my head from spinning.

I’m starting my beast cycle in 1 week. Yes, I’ve done this before but I’m certainly no expert. In fact reading this web site over the past few weeks made me realize how many things I did wrong in the past. The truth is, I think I got pretty lucky that I did not end up f-ing myself.

I’m on a budget—I’ve already bought the supps I plan on taking. I really just need advice on how much and when I should start taking each one, as well as what time I should take them in relation to my workouts. My diet is good. I’ve been working out off and on for about 10 years so I do know what I’m doing when it comes to diet and work. The normal things like protein and pre-workout are covered.

These are my supps. Again, I’ve already bought them. Unless something is monumentally important (like better liver support) I can’t buy anymore.

Unleashed/ Post cycle
Milk Thistle
Taurine

The one thing I was hoping to do was start Katandrol a few weeks into beast so I can finish with just Katandrol. Unless thats not going to do me any good.

Build my cycle please. Be as specific as you can please. The Goal is lean gains.
 
Give me some stats to work with. Age. Heigt. Weight. Lifting stats.
 
I guess I don’t really need help in building my cycle. I think I have everything I need. Just help in getting the most out of it. I need to know how much and when I should be taking everything.

When should I start the Forma Stanzol? How much?

Do I take the recommended amount for Katandrol even if I’m stacking it with Beast? Does it do me any good to add Katandrol two weeks into beast so I’m only using Katandrol by itself at the end? Do I wait until I’m done with both to start PCT or just after Beast?? Do I take everything an hour before I work out or space it throughout the day? Or does it matter? Do I take the liver support at the same time as the PH or does it matter??

LOL I need help here! I'm sure I can just go through it and learn it as I go but again--I really want to get the most out of it!
 
ever do a cycle before? I ran a similar one..looked like this..

Week

1-4 beastdrol (2 caps ed-taken 6-8 hours apart, usually one is pre workout, and i cycled 5 days on, 2 off )
3-6 Katanadrol (5 caps ed, spread out evenly, one when i wake up, and one every 2-2.5 hours after until I reach 5)


Post Cycle
week 6 I started on the formastanz, I did 5 pumps am, 5 pumps pm, applied to chest area
week 7 and on i took post cycle and unleashed as recommended

Supporting
Milk thistle (3-4 pills a day, break, lunch, supper, night time)

never took taurine before, don't be scared to pick up a bottle of omega-3s(fish oil). take 6 a day. 2 breakfst, 2 lunch, 2 supper :)
Ohh, multi vitamin wouldn't hurt u either

Thanks Man... I already started and it looks pretty much like what you have here. Beastdrol will last 5 weeks and I'll be bumping up to 3 ED after about 10 days, then back down to 2 for the last week. Katanadrol will be stacked starting day 18 and will run for about 10 days solo at the end. Let me know if you see any problems with that...Is it still ok to wait until I'm done with Katanadrol to start any of my post cycle supps? Yes I’ve cycled before but never this much and after a week I can already tell how much better/stronger beastdrol is then the last stuff I was doing. Just wanted to make sure I'm being safe and hopefully get as much as I can out of it. Thanks again for your help!
 
i waited until I was done to start most cycle support also I started with the forma about the last week. Also if you never ran beast before I would tread lightly running 3 caps ED. Can get pretty nasty sides from what i hear.
 
Thanks again for the help... I'll keep an eye out for the sides and move back down if I start to have any. I'm not really sensitive to much of anything so I’m not too worried. But I’ll be sure to pay attention. That being said GOD DAMN I’M IMPRESSED WITH THIS SHIT SO FAR!!!!!

Drop the plain Milk thistle and pick up at the least some forged liver support, preferably N2guard to cover all the bases. Some people tend to forget superdrol messes with more than just your liver. Avoid any pre workout stims the beast is probly already elevating your blood pressure enough as is.
 
I'm lost here. maybe I'm just too old school. but the guy is just now getting back in shape and he already wants to run a cycle? anyone else see something wrong here?

not a good idea AT ALL. get in shape first. your muscles need to be conditioned before doing any type of cycle. you want to spend your cycle being sore cause you are out of shape? or do you want to spend your cycle reaching PR's?

This was my first thought as well. But he's already started and I highly doubt he would stop now so the best advice I could give was better support supplements and keep an eye on the vitals.
 
this whole cycle just looks like an awful time. lol
milk thistle won't do much to help with the beast sides. and 5 weeks? thats a fuggin LONG cycle for beast at 3 caps ED.....
i'd keep an eye on that blood pressure if i were you.
 
LOL well you know, I asked for advice before I started and nobody had anything to say!! I was about 10 weeks into "getting back in shape" when I started. I wasn't even close to being sore anymore. I'm sure I could have waited a little longer to plateau at least a little before I actually started but what can I say. I'm impatient! And you're right, I'm two weeks in and I'm not going to stop! lol Its freaking amazing!!

I will only be running 3 ed of beast for about 3 out of the 5 weeks. Not all 5. Not sure if stepping up and then stepping down does much but it at least seemed like a good idea! And if it gets to feel like to much after 4 weeks... I'll just stop!

I ordered need2guard today on the advice from all of you... Thank you! And for the record it was never just plain milk thistle. More of a liver detoxifier and regenerator that had milk thistle in it. But I upgraded today. Again thank you!

I feel absolutely amazing- couldn’t be more impressed and happy with what I’ve gotten from this so far. I need to make sure I stay that way!

No it doesn't really matter if you are running katana solo. I would wait till all the Steroids are out of your system before you start PCT.

So the day after you finish katanadrol.

and i would start the Forma when you finish the beast, or a maybe a couple days after.

Believe it or not I don’t have a digital camera! And my cell phone sucks!
I can give you some measurements though. I’m just over 3 weeks in. I’ve only gained about 4 pounds… BUT, my midsection has gone from 36.5 to just over 34.00… body fat from 15.8 down to 13.2

Every exercise is up in weight by about 20-25%. I’ve been absolutely blown away! Honestly I wake up almost every morning and something is different… Either some new muscle is starting to show or some new definition or veins are coming through… LOL this shit is freakish man!! Haven’t really felt anything in terms of sides outside of getting a little hot headed for no real reason. And after adding the katandrol I’m like a human heat pump! But I imagine that’s what’s helping with the body fat. GOOD TIMES!!
