If you want something 100 times better, check out AMP 02 from www.agxsports.com. Amp puts no explode to shame.
But if it's free, run your own study. Workout a week with no explode and then do a week on AMP. The third week, you will be shipping that no explode to another cousin for him to try because YOU will be using a far superior product.
