Orange Juice With Sugar Added!
I have never been a hard gainer...It has always been fairly easy for me to put on Overall body size and "pounds" as a mix of muscle and fat. But this may work well for a hargainer.
I am currently on my 6th cycle (A Bulker). My first cycle was 250 Sust E5D for 10 weeks and I gained 17 lbs. That is an average cycle and weight gain. I have increased dosages every cycle trying to find that perfect amount. I have been as high as 1400 Total mgs per week.
I went back to the drawing board on my current cycle and am using only 250mg of Test E on Sunday and Thursday. I am in my 10th week and am already up 24 lbs. That is with cardio 4 days per week (elliptical, 5 miles in approx. 26 1/2 each time). I will continue this cycle to a very minimum of 16 weeks. The only thing that I have done differently is about 30 minutes before my workout I drink 12 oz of OJ with 1/2 tablespoon of sugar mixed in, and another within an hour before bedtime. Strength increases are only moderate or should I say "Average" for a cycle but overall body mass has been unreal. Endurance is great, and BP is only slightly increase above my normal levels. But for some reason, My body temperature is alway elevated..or better said, I am always hot.
I have 2 Protien shakes per day, a PW shake with fast acting whey (ON's Strawberry Flavor approx 60g per shake) and a MRP from ON at 55g just before Bed. All other Protien is gotten through regular food and I am trying to consume a minimum of 250g of Protien per day usually it is more but I stopped counting early on in the cycle.. My calories are ranging anywhere from 3000 to 4500 per day (I haven't been too picky). And I am eating fairly clean. I still go out for Pizza or just about anything else I want. I have been splitting to at least 6 meals per day. and I have been spicing Homemade Oatmeal Raisin cookies with extra Protien to take care of my sweet tooth. I eat at least 1 dozen eggs per day, 8 whites 4 whole. I go through 4 gallons of Skim milk per week. I eat tons of lean ground beef, steaks, and all kinds of different cuts of deer meat.
The only drawback is it is going to be hard to give up all of this food when the cutting starts.
