Bros, I could use some help here!

ok, my girlfriend has been training very seriously for a little over 3 years....i told her that after a while if she still wanted some added help, that i would see what i could do....now of course her diet and training habits are all most crucial, but im looking for something to help her burn a little fat rapidly.....now im not exactly educated with the womens body, or the gear....i was thinking somewhere along the lines of maybe clenbueterol(sp)...i was sure what to type for the search, so some help will be MUCH appreciated....
i know i can count on u guys!!!

Try posting this on the women's board since they know their own bodies and what they will respond to, and at what dosages, better than people on this board will..

just got done doing that.....thanks for the help though!
 
Try a slight reduction in calories and dietary fat, not eating at least 4 hours before sleeping and an increase in running. I think you'll find she'll lose some fat.
