I have been taking it with my current cutting cycle. Just started about a week ago. I got up to 5mg for a couple of days and felt like shit for a few long hours (couldn't workout for shit, headache), so I am going to decrease to 2.5mg. I am taking it to suppress my appetite, and it is working.
I have been taking it in the morning on an empty stomach and then I go workout. I assume that this is wrong, given the way that I have been feeling. I have wasted the whole week not being able to do shit in the gym (can't get a single pump). Any ideas on how to dose (empty stomach?) and when to workout (again, I am on a cutting cycle)?
