Bromo VS Cabergoline for fat loss.

We know that Cabergoline(Dostinex) is superior to bromo in terms of prolactin reduction, but is it also superior in terms of fat loss? One of the benefits of Cabergoline is that it has few side effects, though since the appetite reduction in Bromo can be considered a side effect does this mean Cabergoline doesn't share this trait?

Basically I was going to start using Bromo in my spring cutting cycle purely for help with fat loss(mostly via appettite suppression). I've been reading how much more superior Cabergoline is but I can't seem to find any information on it's superiority in fat loss/appetite suppression, only on prolactin issues.

I'm willing to spend the extra cash for the Cabergoline if it it's truly better but before I invest I'd like to find out for sure from others. Also the standard dose is 0.5mg twice per week. Assuming it works for fat loss is this the standard dosage as well or is it only meant to be taken that way for the prolactin reduction. BTW even though I don't need the prolactin reduction I wouldn't mind the ability to have quicker multiple orgasms as the drug seems to help with.

I can tell you from first hand experience that dostinex (cabergoline) definitely has appetite supressing effects. I've never taken bromo, however, I can tell you that if you use dostinex, that'll be all the appetite supressing effects you'll need.

If you were to choose between dostinex over bromo.Go for it bro.

I'm currently on bromo 1.25mg daily and man it sure has some whacked side-effects.

All 3 articles are good reads but I didn't catch any information regarding weight loss or appetite suppression. All I really want to know is if Cabergoline offers the same benefits for weight loss(appetite suppression, less carb cravings) as Bromo does. The twice per week dosing schedule is much more attractive to me than the everyday bromo dosing. The increased price is well worth it, not to mention my wife will think I'm 18 again :)

BUMP. It's interesting. I used Bromo at up to 2.5mg a day, and to tell the truth was as hungry as a horse! Didn't influence me much.

But isn't Dostinex considered to have more side-effects than Bromo? Also, for appetite supression isn't it just cheaper and more effective to just use Phenterime? Something that originally was intended for appetite supression?

Well there is more to it than just appetite suppression. It's dopamine effects also help to limit carb cravings which is a bit different than just hunger pangs. I'm not sure how, but it also is supposed to trick the body into not realizing it's dieting so that leptin levels don't drop and you can diet for longer without having to refeed. This alone may be part of the reason it craves hunger since the body doesn't realize it's in a constant hypocaloric state.

I know bromo does this I'm just wondering if dostinex does it as well, only better. Most of what I've read about dostinex is it's prolactin reducing effects while a lot of the bromo threads also talk about use in dieting.

Is Caberline controlled???? If not where can it be found. If so, well I dont guess you have to answer the last question.

You can import it legally from overseas pharmacies, it's just much more expensive than bromo. However you only have to take 0.5mg twice per week so it's definately more convienient.

My appetite has been very non-existent and I am using 1mg of Dostinex every 4 days. I couldn't figure out what was going on with me, but it now makes sense. I am getting leaner, my dick looks bigger and I can cum in rapid succession.

Dostinex works for me!

That's all I needed to hear :)

Does anybody have backed up research on Dostinex in regard to Appetite Supression ? (Not the prolactin lowering effect) ?

Also, if I'm not mistaken Nelson Montana once said that high long-term usage of Bromocriptine can cause long-term severe side-effects (mental side-effects are not fun). Short-term side-effects are nothing for me, I'm just worrying about long term ones. Does Dostinex have long-term negative influence ?

I'm really thinking about taking it if not only for it's Carb-craving stopping effect.

Cab / Dostinex is not controlled but it is prescription or import personal 30 day supply rule.

You can get a script for it pretty easy - which is awesome if you can get rx insurance to cover it because it is not cheap.

If you shop around, you should be able to get Cabaser or Cabaseril (both brand names for Cabergoline) supplied as 16 4mg pills (64mg in total) for $120 - $140. Check the online pharmacies in the UK, Switzerland or Germany.

No, my friend just got a Rx for it from his MD and he obtained it locally
