I was the first one to propose this sound theory, and the first one to experiment. Results? Very good, though I prefer bromo coupled with a good dose of nicotine gum.
One other thing worth noting. I think it's better to try to raise calories close to maintenance while doing bromo (with/wo nic gum) instead of to continue dieting (along with a refeed in there) post DNP. Then again, it all depends where you are metabolims wise.
If your body temperature is still humming along and norma once ceasing DNP, then by all means continue dieting though WITH bromo. If your body temperature is still somewhat down even with bromo, then by all means start eating close to/bit under maintenance.
