Even typing this one-handed is a pain in the ass, so excuse any typos!
So I was responding quite well to a CKD, but I took a nosedive off my bike on Sunday and broke my collarbone. Normal tasks can be painful if i am
not extremely careful and weight training without stressing the break is pretty much impossible.
If i'm not weight training, then carbing up is pointless right? Is there any reason I shouldn't do a standard low carb diet during recovery time? Since I can't lift, I expect to lose a lot of muscle anyway so if I get to a low BF%, then when I recover I can slowly add carbs, weight train, and within a few weeks start to bulk back up. That's my plan, anyway, but I need some feedback.
Also, what are some workouts I can do? I already walk 1 mile every morning to and from work, and my job is like a somewhat constant moderate cardio workout (especially on Fridays and Saturdays).
Thanks for helping a gimp
