I would think saline would be best. It's just salt water basically, and that stuff is already in your body.

As long as they aren't filled with vegemite you should be ok.

If you seriously do decide to get them, research the doctor big time. More often than not the risks are brought about by careless doctors.
 
I’d probably go for saline, they sound the safest.

..there's asses too.

Maybe you can just concentrate on that instead. Save some money, no risk of surgery. Sounds like a good plan to me.

Good point.

I could try to tell you that you're perfect the way you are and that there's no need to change what God gave you.. but if really want to the meet the current commercialized vision of perfection, breasts are usually a part of that.

But I wouldn't go crazy trying to emulate a certain person.. everyone has different bone structures and other quirks.. so don't start getting ribs removed, botox injected, calf impants, lipo and a bunch of other wacky stuff.
 
No I don’t want all that rubbish, I am pretty much happy with everything else – kind off, I want to tone up a more and get a nice tan (I’ve started to hit the solarium) and all I need is my boobs, it’s all I want. I know it will give me 100% more confidence, and I know I can get somewhere with it.

Let's just say, I don't feel like a pretty girl with no boobs.

Don't get me wrong...I'm not bitter...it's just overkill..overplay...I'm sooo tired of seeing Britney's little made-up face everywhere!!!! You can't escape!!! Though the girl does have a killer body though...minus the fake boobies and that's what my body looks like. Haha! :D

Honey, what you don't realize that is that you will be confident with your body one day! I used to want my body to be absolutely perfect too and look just like the girls on the magazines, and now...I could give 2 shits! I'll leave all that work & wasted money spent to the models/actresses/singers who must look that way.
Just keeping working out, stay fit & toned, and stay natural! Different guys like all kinds of different shapes & size bodies,and different things about a woman's body! Am I right guys??? Quit worrying about your boyfriend checking out other women with big breasts, if he is checking out other women in front of you then he's an insensitive jackass and he's gonna keep on checking out other women even if you had big boobs.

Remember, guys will look at other girls anyway, some other girl's boyfriend is probably checking YOU out on the beach, bring that up to him next time your boy starts checking out other girls in front of you.
