Bremelanotide (PT-141) was developed from Melanotan II (MT2). MT2 was initially developed as a sunless tanning agent, but was found to induce spontaneous erections as a side effect. MT2 is a dopamine agonist and synthetic melanocortin agonist. It acts within the brain, and not directly on blood vessels.
It's mechanism of action is not completely understood but clinical studies in human have shown it to be an effective treatment of erectile dysfunction, especially when stacked with drugs like Cialis or Viagra.
You could give it a shot and see how it works for you. The biggest issue I see is trying to locate legit PT-141. So much of the peptides on the market are fake. Chances are the PT-141 you order won't actually be PT-141.
Have you gotten blood work done? I suspect your libido issues are probably due to a testosterone, estrogen or prolactin issue.
9 times out of 10 libido issues are the result of not running a proper PCT after your steroid cycle. I suspect that's what happened to you. If you don't run a proper PCT after your steroid cycle, your natural testosterone production won't fully recover and you will experience libido issues as a result.
After each steroid cycle I recommend running the perfect PCT protocol -> http://www.evolutionary.org/the-perfect-post-cycle-therapy-pct/
