One of her concerns is "claimed" unusual shape and deformation of breasts when flexing or working out chest muscles. My wife has a fairly low BF% and is very petite, so she is concerned about how they may look. Most she is a A/AA now, and would probably only go with a 275cc or so implant for a full B/small C at most. I am trying to get feed back on "anomolies" from fit women who have under-muscle implants.

If she is very petite tell her to ask about High Profile Implants, because those are made specially for petite girls, ( they are not as wide).
And if she has low body fat and very small breasts to begin with she should probably stick to Unders, because they will look most natural, however they will be a bit far apart because that is the look that "unders" give you.
Just my opinion but I think this is the best option for her..!

Def. go under if she is at a low BF%. I agree with princess about the High Profile's... I wish I would have gone with those. Mine are too wide for my frame. The High profiles also give more 'upper poll' fullness 
. Most girls that I've talked to wish they would have gone 'slightly' larger (because they get used to the swelling right after surgery).
