breaking past genetic limitations

if you are a certain size and frame, is it possible to exceed the limits of your body and become bigger.
i know i see body builders all the time and i'm on a roid forum so obviously people can get bigger than they are....but what i'm asking is is there a size that ones body gets to where it can no longer grow.

Probably somewhere slightly larger than Jay and Ronnie.
