Don't know the name. Is that Italian ?, if so he could have been with italair. Their based in Naqoura on the coastal road near the Isreali/lebanese border. I was in the mountains. However I can make enquiries for you if you wish.
When I was there the hospital was maned by Polish medics, last year, and Swedish in 1988.
