Who the fuck cares that this asshole might have endured "pain and suffering" during his execution. I hardly think "pain and suffering" were on his mind when he murdered. Regardless of whether you think the penalty is right or wrong, this beast was sentenced according to rules and laws at the time of his crimes and he paid the price accordingly. The fact that he didn't get an easy execution should be inconsequential.

I agree.

Easy execution seems like an oxymoron, anyway. Why candy coat the fact that we are killing people? To make us feel better about killing these monsters? I'm sort of ambivalent about the death penalty, but if we are going to sentence someone to death, I say do it wholeheartedly and don't pussyfoot around about whether they were comfortable or not. No one handed their victims a feather pillow and a magazine before they were slaughtered, so f those murdering bastards.

I guess I have to agree. I don't like the idea of evil for evil. But, you've got to be realistic.
