That wasn't a boring poll, Hon :kiss:

Once here, except abs sometimes 2 - 3 (but one of those is a yoga/pilates class with tons of isometrics - the other are traditional weight workouts).

unfortunately work prevents me from working out as often as i like....but once a week on each part does the trick!
 
Just once for me too!! I usually kick my ass and am sore for too long to be working those muscles again a few days later. I do my abs 3 days a week. I love doing ab workouts on a swiss ball. They make me want to cry they hurt so good.;)
 
Once, boy do I remember those days back in the 80's when it was atleast twice....I'm glad those days are gone!!!
 
Technically I usually do it twice within seven days. Since I work at home and have no reason to follow a real week and I don't have any specific appointments or distractions.

1. back/bi's
2. legs
3. cardio only
4. chest/tri/shoulders
5. cardio only
6. rest

then I start all over, I've only been following my I'm a bum and have nothing else to do with most of my day schedule since november and I'll probably mix it up again soon
 
many of you say once a week almost sounding guilty - isn't it actually better to only work each muskle group 1x/week? aren't u supposed to have PLENTY O REST before working the muskle out again in order to give it time to rest and GROW? :)

I'm too overtrained to vote on the poll.....lets just say I train ALOT ;)
