White has just earned himself the starting Job. I'm thinking Hybal dislocated his shoulder. It's good to see all those guys from Texas on the OU team giving a little payback to the old State school. I was surprised Sloan Thomas didn't get much playing time or many catches. Hell I only remember seeing him get one catch and almost laying out for a 1st down.


Who here thinks Applewhite's Knee must still be screwed up? thats the only reason I can think of for not seeing him play

Both defenses were very impressive. I underrated OU as a team.

But I have to say Texas has some of the fastest hardest hitting line backers I've seen. Wow!

Yeah, once again Simms brilliance is interrupted by his stupidity. He looked great during the first half, but looked horrible in the second. I don't know why he feels compelled to throw to a receiver in the end zone in triple coverage. Ridiculous. On a positive note, both defenses looked great. I was really impressed with both of them. Roy Williams (OU) is amazing. Oh well, there's always next year.

I think Simms fouls himself with his own ego. That crap on ESPN before the Game "I have a list" was just bullshit. Bob Stoopes can laugh at him some more and say "I was right this kid has no business being mentioned with the Heisman"

The Texas Def played beyond what I thought they were capable. I wont count them out of the title hunt just yet, cause OU has a tough schedule ahead of them...Though I think they proved that Miami doesn't deserve to be #1

Florida has played well but I would hold them to #2 behind OU and place Miami at #3

Miami and Fl St is going to make for some interesting Arm Chair talk. If they can hold up and blow them out of the water like UNC did I would imagine the showdown between them and OU will be going full speed till one of them loses

I really wish Miami and OU would have played for the title last year. This year they might just get their chance
