By all means, get them supplemented both before and after. Opportunity only strikes once or twice.
Definitely after. The skin will be loose and getting after will help tighten it up.
She has had one child....so I don't think another will make much difference with her skin. She doesn't breast feed. She is thinking they make look more natural if she has them done now and then has another rugrat. She has gone from a C before pregnancy to a D right after...now a small B.

Also a little extra advice. Get at 50cc bigger than the doctor suggest. I think my wife's boobs look great but she wanted them bigger but they look totally natural because they are just gigantuan(sp) and she had the tear drop implant instead of the round that looks more natural. She was A cup btw and she had a 300cc implant and like I said she thing they are not big enough.

I have no expertise but I would think a good medical school would be using the best techniques and cutting edge technology. Just a guess though.
