Our stealth bomber structural design was actually designed by germany during WWII to bomb NYC. Germany was way ahead of everyone else.

I don't disagree that it's a gesture in releasing the fact of a prep to deploy - but it's a helluva lot different than having 24 birds actually sitting on Guam's Ramp. Though if NK get's pissy, that might happen soon.
