Okay, just to get this clea, for bulking, calories should be 18-20xBW. This I know. LBM, usually.

Anyway, I'm concerned with the macronutrients. What would be ideal?
Protein x 0.8-1.0
Carbs x 1.5-2.0
Fats x 0.4-0.6

I figured this would work out to the right amount of calories and allow for optimal gains while bulking.
 
Personally, I did around 18xbw, at a 40p/30c/30f split, last time I bulked. This worked pretty well, until I upped the cals to 20x or a hair more. At that time the bf% started up, so I dropped back down to 18x. If you don't mind a little more bf, gains (strength and weight) seem to come fairly easily with that much food.
