BodyOpus, anyone?????

Lyle's book is VERY good
BodyOpus - CKD's have evolved but its a great book to have.
NHE - I've heard nothing but great things about NHE from people I know who have used it. Never have got around to reading it though.

Bodyopus is a different version of the Atkinsdiet..It's just geared towards active people and not sedentary ones. I'm one now and in 3 weeks have lost close to 10 lbs..I don't know how much actual muscle/fat/and water however. I have also taken over an inch off my stomach measurment as well. Click the link for mr.x's ckd manual and read up on it.

You don't have to buy BodyOpus, just go here:

Lyle pretty much sums everything up, from nutrient ratios, to cardio, to the depletion workout. It's all covered.

Bear in mind, CKD's have evolved in the past few years but the basic concepts are the same. And really, Duchaine was the first person to grear this type of diet towards an athletic lifestyle.

I've dropped about 6%bf in the last 4 weeks with it.

mate they all work ( low carb all the way these days ) 12 year ago i used to diet on 20 baked pototoes a day and egg whites got ripped in those days but not like today . i like the anabolic diet fat and protein............
