Bodyfat % confusion....

Can I ask a favour from all you guys?

Since you all seem to have SOME idea of what 20% bodyfat looks like, what 10% bodyfat looks like and what 5% bodyfat looks like.... could you please give me some links to online pics, and tell me what you estimate the bodyfat % to be?

See, I've never used a bodyfat scale and don't have calipers so I've got NO idea what I'm even close to. I suppose I'm between 5-15% but really don't know.

I would also like to have a better mental picture when people describe their bodyfat levels as a percentage....

So if you could find some pics and post the links, preferably ranging from pretty fat to extremely lean.... that would help a lot. After which, I'll post a few pics of myself and you can tell me what % you think I might be.

generally speaking...20% very smooth ...maybe 1 row of abs showing ...19% should have all three rows of abs showing ...no love handles ..5 % ripped! clear seperation of one muscle to the other ..striated also ...

:) He meant 10% above, 19% was a typo.

At first I was thinking, well maybe YOU have all abs showing and no love handles at 19%, but I can pinch a good 2 inches at that level, hehe
 
How come people freak out when they're at 25% I've heard guys on this board tell people that 25% is "very unhealthy".... but if you almost see abs, that's not too bad.

I guess I've been below 10% recently.... ballooned back up again now, although I can still see 3 rows of abs.... just not very cut. Although most of it is water. So I still dunno.....

.... if anyone can help me out with pics, I'd appreciate it.
 
There is no way anyone almost sees abbs at 25%... You can almost see abs at 15% maybee then that start to show more around 10-11% but you aren't cut up till like 7-8%
 
Thanks, that gives me some idea.... so probably 8-12%, you think?

That was a couple of weeks ago. I'm probably back up to 15% now, after not going to the gym for two weeks and having far too many cheat days.... I've only got two weeks before I start my bulking phase, but it's getting so much harder for me to stay on CKD. I've lost an incredible amount of muscle too. So I'm not very happy....

But thanks for the imput.
