Those sources that are posting are Intern'l sources, so there is no risk to them.

Your question is very valid. Nubian is right. We do not believe in open posting of domestic sources, but we allow int'l sources to advertise, however we in NO WAY condone nor approve of purchasing illegal substances if it is not legal in your country to do so.

You have to look at it this way, steroids aren't illegal in all countries, so depending on where you live ordering them could be perfectly legal. Not everyone browsing these boards is from the US or Canada.
