Bodybuilders who are doorman - please read..

How do you cope with being a doorman and trying to gain weight? The late nights, stressful situations, loud music, temptations etc.....Its really affected my workouts....I'm exhausted....The thing is I need the door money for supps, food, gear etc so its a catch 22 situation....I guess I'll have to cut down so that I have enough money but a balanced lifestyle.....the thing is is sleep as important as everybody makes out because, lets face it we all see doorman out there who are pretty big don't we?
 
I own a bar,I have 3 doormen on staff,and though i bartend,am always there to do door too,I am 29,maybe its because i have nailed down my lifestyle and routine,I go to bed at about 6:00 am,(you know,being wound up)get up at 1:00 or 2:00 pm,do business errins,from3-6,gym at 6-7,7-9home with family/dinner,10 go back to work till 3:30am,bed at 6,then start over,6 days a week,1 day off.I manage to eat 8 or so meals throughout this day,maybe 3000-3500 cals.,take hella' sups.,I am married with 2 kids,dont party,I have a 3-4 day a week workout routine,dont know if this helps bro',but i would say the key is to get a good routine and discipline,cool it on the after bar parties,get your sleep(7-8hrs),and try to maintain some semblence of a routine,you will soon feel better.
