I did the program with my father last year. I did lose a good amount of bodyfat, but I felt like i lost alot of strength. My Dad on the other hand did really well (he's 47 years old) his abs started showing through and his definition was the best i had ever seen. Im thinking it may be a great first step for people who dont have a regular workout routine started, but if your already experienced with the weights maybe try and utilize the diet aspect only...But thats just my experience with it.
