I'm looking to drop some weight. The BFL diet is real appealing to me because of its simplicity. What is your guys experience with it, opinions of etc?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Eh, I am not a fan of it...I read it...you could try it. Just eat right, lean when to eat and what to eat AST has good info on that. Cardio 1st thing in the a.m. on a empty stoamch, a good fat burner, lipoderm-Y, and LeptiGen (later 2 are at Avant Labs).

If you are a beginner, it's a great program. You'll learn the basics of lifting and diet, and you'll look and feel better after it's done, assuming you stick to it.

It's common sense, healthy and proven to work. Use it to create a good baseline.

I don't think you need to buy the book, though... it's pretty straight forward.

Its a great idea for the average person because it teaches how to eat a more balanced diet.. with more meals. As a start its not a bad idea. good luck!:)

I agree. It is a great program for a starter. Monitor your BF and weight as you go though, once you start hitting a pleatau, you might want to start reading up on other details.
