everything i am reading saus you can only lose up to 2lbs of body fat per week, with clean diet, no gear. so on gear say anavar, or winny, with test. how much bf per week is possible to loose?

what sources r u reading?
tom veotous burn fat build muscle. i havent got bf measured in two weeks but i feel the past two weeks i have lost more. however according too the book , anymore would be water or muscle

All I know is that I have personally lost 15 lbs in a month from just dieting (when I wasn't going to the gym). But that may be my body, not yours. I would say that the rule of 2lbs per week does not hold true for everyone.

it all comes down to your diet.....cardioand what ever else you bring to the table..... in college during wrestling season i could drop an easy 25 lbs in a a month but thats me. now that i am in my 30's i dont think i could have results like that and keep the rsults like i use too. diet/cardio is key to superceed the 2 lbs aweek

i wrestled as well and would have huge drops in weight but i know for a fact it wasnt all body fat, water and muscle were lost. i do know everyone is different and on gear. i agree i belive i lost much more than 4lbs of bf in the last two weeks i was curoius on what other people thought.

i lost 4 lbs of fat the first week also, at least thats what the scale and fat calipers said. im sure some of it was water. after the first week it slowed down to about 1 lb of fat per week. i thought he said it was 1 lb of fat per week max. i think his point is that to lose weight that is primarily body fat and to beable to keep the muscle you have to get used to the idea of losing 1 lb of fat per week. if you try losing it faster then you will lose muscle weight. the good thing about his book is he shows you how to adjust your diet and track the results so you can figure out the fastest way to lose body fat and keep the muscle. all i know is it is alot of work and if you dont pay attention every day to what you eat it is very tough to go in the right direction.

That's true some of it was probably water weight that I lost, but I feel that I lost more than 2 lbs per week of actual fat though. I actually saw my stomach get smaller (by a lot) in a few weeks time. I know that wasn't muscle I was loosing there LOL. I think it may have been because I was eating very poorly and switched overnight to eating very clean (using this program http://www.trimathome.com/). So my body may have just been shocked into dropping the fat.

the higher your initial bf% the easier is to lose 2lbs or more of bf each week, with or without aas.

once u start dipping into the single digits it becomes really hard to keep up those kind of losses.

there is no set number this is too much of an individualized factor with many variables to consider.

to answer your original question in generality it is easier to lose bf with aas and u can lose more bf than natural.

I don't know if it's water, fat, or muscle, well its not muscle but I fluctuate weight like you wouldn't believe. But like I've said many times I am in the 260' to 270's. If they would open the fitness center back up I would be lower, I have found alternatives.... but they don't compare. Before I started doing anything, I would see three and four pound differences in a day. When you see that you know you are very overweight. I said it was water. But i was at a plateau at 264 lbs. Then the dead guy and all closing of fitness room and I just have my mountain bike and it's 20 degree's outside. What this has to do with the thread I don't know, because I lost myself because I cannot work out. Dag............. sad...............
