hard to tell b/c of size and lighting... but i'd say 9-10% o. abs are showing strong

^^^^ agreed and maybe even less cuz my buddy is a 8 and your abs are more defined, it proly has to do with genetics.

Yeah about 8% from what can be seen.

Unless your head is HUGE( the flash kinda blocks it out) my best guess is 8-9 %......measure your wrist, forearms, waist and hips and you can plug that in with your height and weight to get a rough idea.....check online at www.exrx.net for the calcs

I'll second that estimate at about 8%. In my avatar I'm 9.6% and my abs are not as defined as yours.

Not offended, the 9.6% came from the Tanita bodyfat scale at my gym. It's not the most accurate method.
