i would guess 6 to 8% and yes you can if your diet and training is correct.

It's hard to say for sure, the picture is so small. I'm guessing about 7-8% bf give or take. He needs more muscle mass IMO

hard to say but i think it's 4 to 5% bodyfat i'm seein'.
