IMO the BF meter (the thing you hold thats sends a current to measure your BF) is not accurate. I prefer using calipers (much more accurate) or use the water displacement method is even more accurate, but gyms very rarely have the water displacement equipment cos its a hassle for them.
You can get calipers from the AF store.
